HiveFive Coworking Space

1. General Use & Membership

HiveFive is open to anyone in need of a place to work: freelancers, students, startups, teams, remote workers, and creatives of all kinds. We offer flexible access with daily, weekly, monthly, and team options. 1 hour is minimum contract period. No option to cancel or pause ongoing memberships.


2. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

You can book your workspace through our website, by phone, or in person. Currently, we accept cash payments only.

  • No prepayment is required.
  • Reservations can be canceled without penalty if done at least 1 day in advance.
  • No-shows will not incur fees, as we do not take payments in advance or charge reservation fees.

3. Space Rules & Usage

  • Working hours are flexible and can be arranged as needed.
  • All users must check in upon arrival.
  • There are no dedicated quiet zones, but respectful noise levels are expected.
  • Guests are not permitted unless otherwise approved by staff.
  • Phone and video calls are allowed.
  • You may bring your own food and beverages.
  • Pets are welcome, provided they are well-behaved and do not disturb others.
  • Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited indoors.

4. Internet & Acceptable Use

  • We provide internet access for all users, but do not monitor usage.
  • Illegal content, torrents, or abusive online behavior is strictly prohibited.
  • There is one shared Wi-Fi network for all members.

5. Security, Liability & Property

  • There are no security cameras on the premises.
  • Any damage to property or equipment caused by a guest must be paid for by the guest.
  • HiveFive is not responsible for personal items left in the coworking space.

6. Events & Community Etiquette

  • Members may host events or workshops upon request.
  • Filming or photography is allowed without prior approval, though we expect members to respect the privacy of others.
  • HiveFive has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, abuse, or discrimination of any kind. Violations will result in immediate termination.

7. Termination & Policy Changes

HiveFive reserves the right to terminate access or membership at any time for reasons including (but not limited to) rule violations, non-payment, or disruptive behavior.

We also reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions, and members will be notified of changes via email.
